Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of Forge Chat Central, provided by Forge International Services LLC (“Forge”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. The service

Forge Chat Central is a multi-channel conversational platform with AI assistance, CRM, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for your users. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: violate any law; send spam or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; abuse the messaging channels or breach their policies (including the WhatsApp Business and Meta platform policies); reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service; or use it to process data you have no right to process.

5. Customer data & ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant Forge the rights needed to operate and provide the service. You are the controller of your end-customers’ data and are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consents.

6. Third-party channels

The service connects to third-party platforms (e.g., the WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. Forge is not responsible for third-party services.

7. AI & automation

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing automated messages where appropriate. The service is a tool and does not provide professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

8. Fees

Paid plans are billed on a prepaid basis according to your order. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

9. Warranties & disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the order or for material breach. On termination your right to use the service ends; we handle data per our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion process.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
